You need multiple RPG shots or C4 or ECM Feedback. I'm guessing she's basically a Winters reskin, not a Commissar reskin. Probably has some damage cap mechanic so people can't one-shot her. On slower runs, I had to magdump my 60-round CAR-4 into her face a few times on DW.

especially Because Sociopath ICTV is basically a good anarchist ICTV with health regen, especially with bullseye you can get like 85 armour every 2 seconds and with bloodthirst basic you can just smack a nearby enemy every 2 or so kills to regen 10 percent of your health as well.

Because 10 armour every 1.5 seconds is piss poor considering the deck turns suit into what is basically a speedy ICTV.
so they should either increase the amount of armour to something like 20 or so or take away the cooldown so you get 10 with every kill

yeah but that last 10 regen on damage every 1.5 secconds at the end of the perk deck is useless on anything other than suit and even on suit it is debatable since with suit you end up with 158 or so armour

You can pick up ammo with the minigun now but the ammo rate is so laughably fucking bad you may as well not even bother. Meanwhile LMGs are just about as proficient as bullet hoses but are actually incredibly ammo positive. There's no reason to ever use the minigun.

LMGs are either really good or incredibly useless it depends on the heist but I love using LMGs

There is no such thing as a perfect game. If you play one for long enough you will always find something to bitch about whether it's something they did to the game or something the company did in selling/shilling the game. But if you choose to work yourself up into a raging butthurt lather as an excuse to pirate the game (and play it for hundreds of hours and instead of stopping altogether) then you're acting like an entitled child living off mom and dads allowance.
