Frost Pillar and Snow Rolling have terrible up time. Any other content in the game, dungeons, grinding, farming, involves pulling medium sized or small groups of mobs in quick succession. Cryo3 is terrible for that.
The only reason why people cookiecutter Cryo3 is because ET involves you fighting 50 mobs at once and Frost Pillar can grab most of them and freeze them while they come to you.

With Audra, you have a level 7 Frost Pillar, while you Snow Rolling when it's down. If you're talking about the 50k hp ones, then QS3 isn't gonna solve your problem because it's not gonna give you any more mobility when it takes too long to kill something in comparison to fletcher.

QS3 only has good mobility when you can kill something in 1~2 arrows.

Maybe SR can help with that, but anything that is 50~150k HP fletcher will melt way faster than anything else and let you move on to the next one.
