I've offered more than a few times to convert stuff to UUNP with a passion (I'll be doing it for myself as much as others so you know I'll keep at it) provided somebody makes/links a _good_ guide for making full-conversion packs to work with all the default slider options. Best anybody has ever done me is a nexus forums guide for making ones owns conversions to your generated meshes.

I just think Skyrim is in desperate need of something similar to OOO to make the world feel dangerous. There was an actual sense of danger and a feeling of starting out weak and building up to late game in OOO. In Skyrim you know you're pretty much never gonna be in danger, unless you happen to wander near a troll at the very start, but 3 hours in you can pretty much handle anything.

That's exactly what I've been using, but he's a toughie. I'll get him though; already gotten close a couple times.
It's almost always his aoe attack that manages to get me despite being really really fucking far away from him.

Additem menu is a mod that lets you look at all the items added by any mod you have, sorted by plugin. Just use that to pop open the Cloaks of Skyrim .esp and dress up.

There is a way to iframe through that fucking aoe if you want to be brave - if you roll just before he explodes, you can breeze right through it. It's not has hard as it sounds, but it is dangerous. The good ol' Saw Cleaver works well for his legs. The trick is to get his electricity to short out - this is hard too do, hit each of his legs a few times and it should go out. Then it's just a case of chasing the bugger around the arena. You can also short him out by gunning his head. His aoe also gets larger everytime he AWOOOS so yeah. He is indeed a toughie.
