They know full well a large portion of their playerbase only plays the game because of it. Even if removing arty would bring back a number of people who left in disgust, they'd lose far more.

Also the arty players who elected to stay would just take their XP/credit compensation and fill the game with TDs. Too many TDs in a match chokes the game almost as bad as arty.

Is there any good changelog which can list a single tank and history of his nerfs/buffs?

I have only found this http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Changelogs_for_World_of_Tanks_(PC). I don't want to get through all of this text.

If there isn't any just tell me if there were any changes to Tiger I, Tiger II, E-75 and both IX and X tier Leopards for the past 3 yrs.

Short version:
Tier 8 and up tanks can n o longer be set on fire frontally.
Tiger I got a huge DPM and HP buff and is pretty good now.
Tiger II become slower but the gun stats are a bit better.
E-75 is more or less the same as it always was.
Leo1 is the same, but the vision meta is mostly gone and no longer favours such tanks.

Artillery and meds are the easiest. Meds doesn't require much damage.
I used the G1R (tier 5 med) and AMX 13 F3 (tier 6 arty). You may have unlocked things already with the ELC grind.
TD and HT I had troubles.
