You cant just get the level 6 mastery through RP. You just need Essence, which you can get from playing enough games to get chests to get champion shards.
So with the dedication to play enough games and the skill to hit S rank with multiple champs, you can get Blue essence easily.
With skill and dedication to repeated games on your mains, once you hit level 5, you can get S ranks to unlock the tokens which are then combined with blue essence to unlock Mastery 6.

Not a single RP needs to be spent and it shouldn't be spent for this. it's a pure In-game, aesthetic boost

Would it be worth to replace Phantom Dancer by Youmu, if my support goes Zeke? With this current build i get 80% crit (10% from runes), if i replace phantom by youmu i get 50% crit and 5% attack speed less (when youmu active, when not active it's 45% less) but +65 ad and +10 armor pen.
