Except it did, back when the game came out.

For most people, the P90 was a futuristic, almost fantasy looking gun. It's rounded and organic-like shape looked really different, and helped with the aesthetic of the setting. Same with stuff like the Pancor Jackhammer, G11, and H&K CAWS from Fallout 2.

If there is anyone in this thread not playing on survival, you should consider switching to it.

It makes the game so much better in little way. For instance, the inability to see locations on your compass until you're really close - it causes you to fucking look up instead of looking at your compass all of the time. It's such a small thing, but the difference it makes to your gameplay is huge.

Also, the inability to see enemies on your compass forces you to fucking pay attention to your combat.

The only real downside is that early on, molotovs are instant death and they explode on impact

Stop sleeping in any old place and for short periods of time. I used to hate getting sick all of the time too. What you need to get is the mod called "sleep or save" - which allows you to save at every bed without having to sleep (this is cheating a little, but I couldn't take the unimmersiveness of taking a quick nap in the middle of a dungeon).

Also, in the pre-war section you can pick a background job which augments your skills like the GOAT test or the Rorschach test + questions. It also determines some settlement items(unlockable at a later time) and speech choices.

Everytime I enter a certain area in Far Harbour I get a CTD. I already tried to validate my files but to no avail. I even checked Fo4Edit, but it gives nothing.

Honestly, local leader is the gayest shit ever. It's tied to too many things that don't make sense for it to be tied to.

Shit it makes sense for:
supply lines between settlement
maybe shops

Shit it makes no sense for:
all of the crafting stations require local leader


Instead of dealing with that shit, I downloaded a mod that tied the crafting stations to the related skills (an armor bench requires armorer, weapons requires gunsmith and blacksmith)

If you do that, the whole thing becomes much more manageable. I play on survival, so not having supply lines hurts, but it makes it fun to have to go on supply runs for whatever settlement I'm staying at for whatever quests I'm doing.

Anything that's in your workshop bench gets shared, but you can only access the stuff in other settlements when you're building something.

So you can use the junk in your other settlements to make a weapon modification, but if you actually look at the inventory, the necessary junk won't be there. You can only use it to make something.

Anyone that's been begging for plugsuits from that Daz3d freebies page, I have good news, and bad news.
