Out of what we've seen so far from the different shows I can't say I've been all that impressed with anything.

Whether they think consoles is a specific niche audience or if they think consoles can still really penetrate the mainstream.

Because neither of those had significant new information. With the exception of Horizon, everything at Sony's E3 was either a new game announcement, a release date announcement or something Sony probably has an agreement to push (CoDIW).

Nioh, Nier Automata, Gravity Rush 2, Persona 5 didn't have any significant new info to announce so giving them stage time makes little sense, even if they were popular enough or relevant enough to get that time in the first place (which they aren't.) You can't realistically expect them to give literally everything stage time.

Trust me, I'd love to see Nier and GR get that E3 stage time properly, but it's obvious why they weren't in Sony's show besides sizzle reels.

On a similar note, MS shot themselves in the foot announcing a slim of the original Xbone version and announcing a better version that comes out next year and not to mention they didn't announce a single exclusive game. Hey /PS4g/, pcfag here. So I'm contemplating buying a console late 2016, because of some noteworthy games. Problem is that I tried my friends ps4 this weekend, played some ratchet & clank, street fighter 4 and The Order.

The framerate made me physically ill. Like pulsing headaches, nausea and general discomfort that made the games unbearable to play, even though the stories made me want to play it.

How do you do it? How do I adjust myself to the low framerate? I really want to play KH3 and FF15. This is not bait by the way, but a very real problem for me.

It's the motion blur and slowness of it. I have a hard time playing any game at 30fps. Bloodborne especially was a bit of a let down. In games that run at 30fps the devs typically throw in motion blur to try and cover it up and it makes the whole thing so blurry and gross looking.

It's why I'm mainly a PC gamer and use the PS4 for sports titles.

That's a pretty weird problem tbqh.

I usually take maybe a half hour of adjustment at most when going from 60fps to 30fps games; took me that long when moving from DaS2 to BB, and R&C CiT to R&C - and I'm fine with 30fps until I play at 60fps for several days consecutively again.

Even then it's never made me feel ill, it's mostly just getting used to the motion blur devs use to cover it up and such.

I'd recommend maybe trying to play at 30fps on your PC for a bit to see if you can ease into it without those symptoms; if they still persist, then your best bet is waiting for the PS4K next year and seeing if it runs those games you want at 60fps.

Anyone have these times when you love a game and times when you hate a game?

I downloaded Dishonored months ago, deleted after 2 hours, downloaded again now, and i really like it. Same thing with a couple other games, i dont really know what changes.

I just watched it all and sadly they didn't really reveal anything new (release date or maybe even give hints that Kiwami/Y6 have some chance of also coming over here). Still, it was pretty interesting to me as a Yakuza fan. There's also the demo tomorrow to look forward to.

Oh and also this:
