Option 3 (the canon one I think) - You say fuck that noise and call them both in, and they assault the school directly. Game ends after they find out whatever.

Tatsurou is in a mission infiltrating a school that holds some stuff that could help Yukikaze and Rinko recover from their slutification. He's paired up with the blonde titty monster who's passing as a teacher in that school. They fight against a masked woman in a SM suit, and the blonde girl gets poisoned by an aphrodisiac, requiring a good dicking from Tatsurou, making the girl addicted to his cock.
Eventually, you ask for reinforcements from Taimanin HQ, which either summons Yukikaze who infiltrates as a student, or Rinko who infiltrates as a maid. You go through the entire game from Tatsurou's POV, and you can see the girls acting more and more odd, like seeing Yukikaze surrounded by a group of male students. In the final battle, the girls betray Tatsurou and mock his tiny cock.
Then you get to see the girls POV and see how they got broken into sluts.
