that's actually a terrifying prospect, although mainly because of what that skilled player can get done with the wall.
Unfortunately/luckily, about 1/10 Taliyah players will actually be good enough to be a threat with her.

We'll see her in some pro play, probably as a support, and we'll see some crazy shit with walls. In solo play she'll still be better in mid and there will be some devoted players that get a lot done, but most will just suck or get deterred by having stupid team mates too often who don't know how to play with her.

LP, leagues, and divisions are all nonsense that makes no difference in the long run. What really matters is your hidden MMR.

MMR and only MMR (well, also number of games played) determines who you will get matched with. Your league will follow increased MMR by heavily weighting your LP gains and losses until you are in the appropriate league and division, so if you can play on even footing with all those silvers and maintain a 50% or better winrate you will soon be in the same league as them.

Split pushing in general is totally weak.

At one point they changed death gold mechanics so it was really hard to keep your gold value low, towers don't give as much gold to your whole team so taking your lane towers without them around doesn't mean the rest of your team magically gets enough gold to hold their own, death timers get longer faster (although not as fast as the start of this season) so when you die in the late game, the enemy has enough time to b, heal, and then come out and have a full blown 5v4 team fight and fuck your team over.

if they're tokens of the same champ then you should start disenchanting champ shards which can be gotten easily at the store for 1700 IP.

you can get champ shards from hextech chests (not worth it to buy them, only use the ones you can get for free)
if you have a shard for the champ, use that, otherwise you can disenchant champ shards to get the essence (except shards for 450 tier champs which should be rerolled into permanents that you then disenchant)

If you're out of free chests you can buy random champ shards from the shop with IP or RP
