Then depends on the enemy but unless you are going into super high level content it's going to be useful, just make sure to get one the variants that gives punch through + something else, not just the plain punch through ones.
Rifles have Wildfire which isn't too bad since it gives RoF + Punch Through and you can easily hit 4+ enemies with it.

Again this is fine for 99% of the content but you might have to swap it out for more damage for superendgame content

Well Oberon has abilities to make him status/proc immunity, so it would probably corrode and poison a regular frame while for him its a sweet tasty snack or lube.

3: Grass Cutter

So essentially Samuraiframe is made to Melee and actually do well at it. His passive combined with his 2 allows him to pretty much negate damage if you are using a Katana (Like his 4), or negate 50% of it while dealing a ton or straight up disintegrating half enemy health with his 3 or slicing it in chunks with his 1. This way, you're able to survive while up close and not take centuries to get a kill.

Ex: Say there's a Lancer, I use Reflection on it; I become it for 7 seconds then turn back to my original frame.

Copy your allies or enemies abilities and use it to your own advantage
Allies- Use a ability of your choosing.
Ex: Say there's a Nova, I press 2 as I look at it and now the ability waits as I pick from Nova's 1, 2, 3, or 4. If I pick 4 (MP), it will be a much weaker version and scale from my warframe abilities(build).

Enemy- Copy the Eximus units special ability.
Ex: I look at a Arctic Eximus (Without Bubble) I can cast a Bubble myself with its own health that will scale with strength. An Energy Leech will give an ES effect, lasting depending on your duration.

Augment: Actor- You cannot copy enemy abilities and become a perfect copy of your allies look and abilities
Ex: X amount of seconds you look at Nova, and you are Nova for X seconds and able to use any of her abilities in those X seconds.

Blast Range- 3m/5m/7m/9m (inner)
Blind Range- 7m/9m/13m/18m (outer)
Blind Duration- 7/8.5/10/15
Raises the aggro of enemies to move towards you to then cause a blinding flash and a blast to knock the front row out of their seats.
