To be fair, Dantes was probably the event with best "serious" history, even if it had comic relief here and there.
Everything else is mostly comedy, except for this event where the story is almost non-existent.

And the advertising was basically promoting Ibaraki, she is the main part of the event, which is why she not being playable is bullshit in every way possible. It's just pure stupidity that does no more than take away people from the game.

I think Dantes event was good way to make a not comedic event, it introduced a new character, continued the unfinished plot from KnK, gave a message, had funny comic relief every once in a while, showed different sides of already seen characters (it even gave Caligula a character that's more than just liking Nero) and most important of all made people like Dantes a lot.

Whoever wrote that event, he/she surely was enjoyed what he was doing.
