It isn't something anyone should make the mistake of picking a sin necklace with, though. I personally don't think any of the sin necklaces are worth it vs an alternative, even non-Peta/Max Peta because of the magic defense you get even from somewhat lackluster alternatives. But Health Stone vs Greed is really, really in favour of the Health Stone.

I don't even like the fact you get those sin necklaces again on alt characters.

Make sure you're doing all of the quests, side maps and shit. You can't get by just on the main story quests. Talk to every NPC, and check out all the maps within about 15 levels of you to complete their quests.

Mid 70s isn't great, but once you hit 86 you'll hit an EXP reset, then a good dungeon for XP, then missions at level 100, which will boost you to about level 103-104, probably all within a few hours of each other.

You can quest to 200 without grinding. Have you done all the quests in the 1-80 zones on both klaipeda and orsha paths? Did you start Gystis settlement path? Did you run the 50 dungeon when you were in range?

Pay attention to the world map and go to any zone within your level range or below and talk to every npc in them.

Cure 10 is for INT builds since Cure scales very well with INT. If you decide to go STR instead you should leave it at 1 and take some points in Deprotected Zone and more Safety Zone (more SZ isn't bad, it's just that INT builds really want more Cure).
Paladin's only skill that scales with INT is the damage on Turn Undead which you only use for the instant kill chance anyway, while their main damage skill Smite is physical and so scales with STR, so that's typically how you see Paladins built.
