Thanks a bunch fellow city aficionado. I was going to try to do an urban playthrough as a city-rat so this helps a lot.

A few other questions if I may:
What are your favoured city textures?

What's the deciding factor for when you've chosen Dawn of <City> over JK's <City>?

What do you think of Enhanced Landscapes? Good? Or does it clash too much with settlements and the like?

I've got inconsequential NPCs and populated cities. Are there any other NPC/AI modules you'd recommend?

I notice you don't have Shenk Theivery. Is there some better mod for adding ways to scamper along rooftops or down in sewers a la the various imperial city mods of oblivion? I'm eyeing ways to have a bounty in the city and still operate within it. Ladders onto rooftopes, running from rooftop to rooftop, sewers, alternative entrances, that sort of thing.

Aye, that mod is fun. Have you charged it up yet for fun electrical shenanigans? Elysees' other stuff is also fun, I use Circle Sword and Hell Launcher a lot. Haven't taken too many pictures of Solitude, but I really like the labyrinthian feel Solitude Reborn has - there's alleys and rats and doors you can't open. Immersive Laundry is a must. Everyone should install that mod, it doesn't conflict with anything and it adds immersion.

Japanese is fairly easy for an asian language but how many lines of text are we talking here? And why should I? I dont use city textures, city and ground textures kill my FPS for some reason. I just use the HiRes dlc, if anything id just choose the most vanilla looking. As for Dawn of or JK, its all really preference, though Dawn of is more FPS friendly and tend to add a few more NPCs.

Enhanced Landscape will more than likely clash with alot of town mods. As for NPC/AI mods, I really dont use much, these mods add more than enough people for towns. I do use Run for your lives and When Vampires attack...if that counts.

Solitude Reborn adds some access to rooftops and its own sewer system, but if you want sewers use this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14351/ It will lead you out of the city.

Actually Better Docks works well with Dock District, since Better Docks only effects the vanilla docks and Dock District adds a new one. It will slightly conflict with ETaC Raven Rock. Nothing disable cant fix.

At first I thought it was textures, but that was not the case. Haven Bag? Nope; still having issues. Thirteen Oranges quests were all removed, along with Enhanced Lighting, 2k textures, ASIS, OBIS, and still I'm crashing.
