Why do people assume forced 50 doesn't exist? It logically has to exist. If you're getting winrates of 60 - 70 % it just means you're not playing people of your MMR / skill level. It's like this in Starcraft 2 as well, your winrate is always close to 50% because as you win more games, you're matched with people with higher MMRs until you start losing games.

the game is still new and the MMR is seeing ratios vs raw numbers. So whatever voodoo stats they use it's seeing 10/20 the same as 200/400

At least that's my theory. When there are a lot of players on line and my higher MMR puts me in "all like me" sort of games it's great. Everyone is just flat out good. Bunch of 80+ players and level 100+ players in the game and so on. Levels are not skill but it's still a much better game when there are 6 of us in a game vs those BS "Team average MMR games" where I get like one average player and then 4 retards.
