There are a few things I see as wrong with it.

The first is Prisma. Parts of 2wei seem to imply that the Grail War that Kerry and Iri were supposed to be involved in that they instead shut down was that timeline's FIRST Grail War, developed without assistance from the Tohsaka and Makiri families. The Matou clan still exists, and they still have connections to the Tohsaka, but Rin and Luvia, not to mention the Magic Association at large, seem to be COMPLETELY IGNORANT of the existence of any sort of Grail War and even the existence of the Einzbern clan. Yet somehow Waver still grew up like El-Melloi II, even if it isn't clear whether or not he inherited the title. Don't think about that one too hard.

Second is KnK. Some of Ryougi's dialogue with Arc and A:E seems to imply that their existence is supposed to be mutually exclusive, which means that KnK must have actually branched off from the timeline that eventually results in Tsukihime at least EIGHT HUNDRED YEARS before the present day, if not more. And even aside from that, the timeframe for KnK, Tsukihime, and Mahoyo don't quite match up. Mahoyo has to happen earlier in the KnK timeline, if it even happens as we saw it.

There's also the assumption that some of these things even happened in the same timeline, or that some things couldn't have happened similarly in different timelines. Who says Mahoyo couldn't have happened how we saw it in both the Apocrypha and the FSN timelines? It's completely unrelated to anything involving Grail Wars.
