In CS, movement is very limited, and if it had the same system as overwatch, it would be stupid. I think that since so many characters have such great movement, the bonus area isn't all bad.

I don't know what you mean by 1-to-1 hitboxes. I agree, headshots should be skill based, and for many characters they are, but some characters (HANZO) seem to gain more from it than others. I'm not particularly in favor of the way things are now, but I don't think that it's particularly terrible either. Besides Hanzo cornerhumping and spamming arrows.

Zenyatta can be alright but he needs a buff. Getting 1 clip by Tracer and one shotted by Widowmaker's body shots is really bad. Zenyatta needs a buff.

That said, I love to play him when enemy team doesn't have a Widow or we have a Reinhardt. I recommend playing Zen in thoses cases where your team has communication because putting discord on a flanker from afar then seeing where they are going through walls (then telling your team) is amazing.
Last thing. Zenyatta as the only support can be really bad if you can't communicate with your team. Consider taking him with a Mercy or Lucio. Also know the maps and know where its safe to peek.

Hypothetically, if you were the best shooter player in the world and always sprayed 100% accuracy headshots, your dps would be higher if you never ulted.

Realistically though, 76's ult is best at really far range where you aren't going to be hitting people with perfect accuracy from such range while moving.
