Help me do some stat planing on my low lvl pvp build /dsg/, I'm too dumb.
This is my current build and I feel it kinda sucks that I need both the milk ring and Knight ring to 2H the memepole, I could switch 1 dex and 1 vig into 2 str and get a total of 12 which is enough. I'm not really married to the current weapon setup but the Pole is just amazing for finishing people off that just run away, which happens a lot.

Attack cancel parameters means the point in an animation where you can cancel it into another animation.
In DaS3, there are 4 kinds of animation cancels
Cancel into parry (occurs the earliest in the animation's recovery)
Cancel into another attack
Cancel into a roll
Cancel into walking

For both curved swords and thrusting swords, they've probably made the cancel windows on the 2nd R1 later to weaken mindless spam. They did the same thing to longswords in dark souls 2.

There are two things needed to fix vitality.

Firstly, medium armors should not be as good as heavy armors. Some medium armors get 25% absorptions across the board, while the heaviest of heavy armors bearly hits 30%.

Light armors shouild get 5-10%, medium should get 10-15%, heavy should get 20-25%, havels should still be near 30% where it is, since it's substantially heavier than most every other heavy armor. It's basically a super heavy.

On top of that, the flat defense granted from VIT is too low. It needs to be increased by a sizable amount. Currently going to 40 vit only gives you like 20 more flat defense than investing those 30 points into other stats. It should probably offer near double the current amount of flat defense.

Numbers can be tweaked a bit obviously, since this is just an example. The point is that you don't need to change how vit works, you just need to make the mechanics surrounding it more useful.

Is Dancer being a hard boss some sort of meme? I just fought her and slowly walked circles around her while occasionally swinging once or twice.

Cleric's candlestick is pretty okay as a sorceror weapon. Decent damage and 200 spellbuff at 60 int. It has a lot of utility since its heavy attack casts spells.

Carthus Shotel on my FTH build is the tits. Lightning blade that sucker up and it absolutely destroys. Lightweight, fast, bleed proc, reasonable stamina consumption, spin slash to catch parry fishers and good damage regardless with 40 dex and sharp infused. I am fucking amazed more people dont use this weapon.

Oh sorry, I misread your post. In PvE, Dragonrider/Composite is a good combo. Dragonrider does good damage, Composite has the roll-shot for bosses. Large arrows aren't worth it, by the way.

Somebody with CE should kill the Pilgrim Butterfly during the Dragonslayer Armor fight. I'm assuming basically nothing interesting will happen, but maybe something cool could be discovered.

You can damage it normally without cheating, but it would be very tedious and challenging to kill it while dealing with the Armour's aggression. So I guess this request applies to more than just Cheat Engine players.

Yeah, DS3. You don't get it until Smouldering Lake. Composite works great though: after a roll, you shoot very quickly. Plus the weapon art allows you to machine gun arrows. Pump STR/DEX to maximize damage.

You might want to spec into casting of some sort too just to give yourself a little more variety, especially since your DEX will be high.

Pharis' Blackbow is more useful than Dragonrider. The WA is actually useful, especially against bosses.

I used to kill the dragons in Lothric Castle with my STR/FAI and I wish I knew how good it could be before, the DS2 incarnation scared me off. Yes but it's got less range and fires a bit slower. The two best bows are undoubtedly the Dragonrider and Pharis' but each performs a different role. Another underrated option is the Onislayer Bow. It's only a little weaker than the Dragonslayer, but it fires much faster and costs less stamina AND weighs a few units less. If you're good at sniping, you can be killing enemies with headshots for 500+ damage from a huge distance. Lothric Knights don't stand a chance.

No disrespect to composite bow, that thing's great, but it's really more of a close range option.
