Rheia has a DRG and nobody good play(ed) BRD this patch because MCH blows it out.
Rheia's really good but it's the same reason there was a huge gap with Aiurily and other Machinists in the last raids.
The problem is if you run with no DRG you're losing a lot of places on percentiles. The math for this was posted before

He's still the best ranged physical dps in the game regardless of his parse runs. When he first cleared with both of his MCH/BRD parses were still in the very top percentile. I watch his stream from time to time and even on his BRD clears he still got 99-100% each time on his week of two of learning it. Guy is a on a level of his own.
