I farm 2BP extremely reliably with Waver and Karna plus a Scathach/Jalter/Jack support with the default uniform.

The first wave I try to build as much NP as possible. Then on the second wave, Waver's shield immediately goes up and I build more NP until I'm able to fire off all 3 NPs at once (this takes 2/3 turns), with as many buffs as possible on Scat's last NP. This usually kills Ibaraki, or leaves her with a couple ten thousand HP that's easily finished.

People that can't beat 3BP or stall it out and are stuck doing 2BP:

300 runs is how many you need to get all the rewards for the ladder at 2BP (1million DP)
300 runs of 2 BP is 600 BP is 600 hours

The event has 369 hours total, so 369BP
This is assuming you never miss a single BP from sleeping or working.

You get 3 gold riceballs from the ladder. (+18 hours)

You gt 16 normal riceballs from the ladder (+16 hours)

You get 3 normal riceballs from the resetting quests (+3 hours) most likely 7 times total (+21 hours) and for now, I am operating under the assumption that this is the case so the calculation makes sense.

That is a total of 369+18+16+21 hours or 424 hours, meaning you are 176 hours short
176 hours divided by quartz are 29.3 quartz or 30 quartz basically

So to get everything as a F2P that is stuck with 2BP and cannot do 3BP at all you basically need to spend 30 quartz to get to 300 million.

For reference, you would get to 212 million without quartz

Don't know about Nasuverse but the legend goes like this:
Shuten was an evil male oni who terrorized the people of mount Ooe.
Kintoki's job was to defeat her and protect the innocents.
Shuten disguised himself as a woman to charm Kintoki.
It worked and he fell in love with her.
Later, he realized she was insane so he pretended to still be in love with her to defeat her.
He didn't love her anymore but he still had feelings for her and couldn't kill her so he defeated her and told her to never show her face again.

as time passes I figured grabbing all the stuff and doing the whole 7 ibaraki stages is easily doable with just the 2BP, you get real good amount of drops if you get the CEs or just from a good +3 support

so people don't have to touch the 3BP at all unless they want to try the challenge

Jannu need someone to make stars for her and the like but kintoki only needs a CE that gives NP charge so he can use animal dialogue to go to full charge. NPBB chain will kill most things outside of events or leave them at low enough hp you can just finish them off with normal attacks.

I find Scat to be the safer choice in the long run. Even with absolute shit RNG, Scat can at least help you stall out to 15 turns if you can't land the kill.
She's honestly not that slow either. Pic related is my fastest run with her. Jack could probably do it faster but with less of a safety net.
