I tried to get them all but gave up when my settlement was randomly attacked and the fucking mutie messed up my magazine stands so I lost some from the display and had to put what I could recover back in order... Fuck the settlement defense bullshit so much. 70 defense and still some bullshit spawns in the green borders and fucks up my nice place.

Is there a consensus on which .ini tweaks or mods to get if you want to get good performance (ie. 50-60 fps in urban areas @ 1080p)? So far I've tried doing these on the .ini tweaker tool:

>iNumHWThreads=4 (didn't really notice a difference with this one)
>modest LOD settings on objects items and actors
>using RivaTuner statistics to limit fps to 61 instead of using V-sync of any kind

Running on a 980Ti with a 3570k cpu. On Ultra I'm getting steady 60 fps indoors and wilderness areas but it tanks hard in Lexington, Cambridge and downtown (~30 down to 15 fps). Got 180+ plugins and have an ENB and ReShade going on.

What else should I try without sacrificing too much on visuals?
