I mainly play on the Chrome app but I find a lot of my issues are resolved by launching my account on the Android client and dealing with things there. I had a similar issue with Twitter that was fixed this way.

Advance through the story for awhile to pick up your options, casino gives you access to a lot of extra stamina each day and other sources will open up as you level up that give you more extra stamina. The game's got a bit of an interesting design in that stamina is always relevant, but there're a lot of ways to circumvent the issue if you feel like committing the resources.
