why are there no faith weapons?

Saint bident gets like +20 damage at 60 FAI and is probably the weakest weapon in the game.

Ritual spear requires INT, deals magic damage, and casts sorceries even though it has an A in faith. Range is awful too.

A lot of weapons require faith but have no scaling for it.

So I full cleared from road of sacrifices, crystal sage, then turn around and went down to farron keep and abyss watchers and all the way to wolnir.

Full cleared everything without touching a bonfire run, and it gave me an idea.

Next time I NG cycle I'll do a no bonfire run, besides the obvious requirement bonfire of firelink shrine.

I hope 20 repair powders will be enough. Might have to cycle a second weapon.

Hosts that popped seeds were the best. Once you know the area, running from the horses is no problem. DaS2 had that issue where all the enemy AIs bug out and become much less aggressive if there was any friendly or hostile phantoms in the host's world, so they'd just kind of follow you around and rarely actually attack. You could tag all the horse spawns and then lead a train of 6 right into the host and disappear back into the storm. When the host tries to run, stop 'em with a greatbow and let the horses handle the rest.

Is every infusion besides Refined and Raw an idiot trap this time around? Even with minimal dex Refined still outpaces heavy\sharp. And elemental infusions prevent you from using buffs which are better than the infusion will ever be.

Is it still salvageable? I spent like 20+ hours on this char so I feel like an asshole. The only thing I could maybe do is pyro but Ive never been interested in it. The only spells that look decent is lava fireball and sacred flame, but I've never been hit by any of those in my total 150+ hours of the game. I once got royally fucked up by the witchs locks whips though cause I didnt know how the fuck to dodge it. What should I do with this character?

I think i'm starting to have a bit of an issue with how Pyromancy is scaled in DS3. Since it requires both INT and FAI, doesnt that make it twice as expensive to invest in? that's like the comeplete opposite of how it was DS1. I want to make a DEX/pyromancy character but it appears that I'll have to sacrifice a lot more than if I were jsut trying to do an INT or FAI + DEX character. Also, A lot fo the cool dex weapons also inflict bleeding so now I have to invest in Luck if i want to take advantage of that.

I've done almost every build buy now, int is actually prettty fun, it only gets fun at mid game intead of pyro which was fun all the way and faith which only gets ok late game.
Cleric's candlestick sucks ass, I used it for my jew, and it's not the dagger that boosts sorceries, if that's what you think. The most used main weapon is the crystal rapier, and if you wanna go full int I gues the Cour sorcerer's staff is great, I personally use great farron dart, flashsword, greatsword, homing crystal soulmass and great heavy soul arrow.
