Loki was alright in Smite, I think he worked because he was able to function as stealth but not fall behind, for example he had a decoy for wave clear, and recieved bonuses for attacking out of stealth and from behind. I think something like this could work in overwatch, but definitely not the one hit bullshit that's on spy.

Is Torbjorn the laziest character in existence to play? I think so. 95% of his POTGs is him repairing his turret just standing there. It's boring to watch for everyone and I can't imagine standing around all game repairing a turret and shooting little balls of molten metal is fun.

I think a good nerf for his turret would be: 180 degree rotation instead of 360 and 100% reduced rotation speed because as of now it instantly snaps to a target.

With those nerfs Torbjorn won't be pulling POTG with his turret as much and instead will need some relative skill firing himself. I am not bitching that he is killing me, an enemy Torbjorn is easy enough to snipe or rocket with pharah, but his character is goddamn boring and his POTG is generally boring as well.
