Learn to aim with your pea-shooter, it's good for taking out turrets since it has no drop off and no recoil. You can also pop some shitty genjis, tracers, widowmakers, and reapers but if anything else comes in your way you're in trouble.
Make sure to go into hero settings and make your beam toggle and your flight not target your toggle so you can fly around easier and get to safety whilst still healing.

None of the tanks are particularly weak in any one aspect. Winston's kit is just very basic, but that doesn't necessarily make him weak. From a pure tanking standpoint, I'd say Roadhog is thew weakest, because he shines mostly in rooms rather than out in the open, and his only real means of mitigation is to stand in front of people and hope enemies take the bait of shooting him in the head. Yet despite that, he can one shot most 200 and below HP heroes with a proper hook+shotgun. All of the tanks in this game, when played right, are great.

Story is probably going to be pushed forwards through the introduction of new heroes and maps with seasons.

Like, right now we're canonically at the "heroes assembling" stage. The maps seems to be chronologically close to the pre-release launch movies and the map objectives revolves around spontaneous heroic action (stopping a train robbery, stopping a terrorist attack on an omnic settlement, S:76 starting his investigation on Lumerico, etc).

Next season, to signify that time has passed, heroes reacting to the first wave will arrive. Petra act anti-overwatch enforcer, the new Doomfist, etc. Maps will probably also reflect this (for instance, a raid on a watchpoint or something like that)

How to fix D.VA:

D.VA's damage is fine, the problem with her is that her ult has objectively less utility than a mcREE ult, which zones just as effectively, actually has a shot at killing people, and if you use it purely for zoning, resets back to 50% instead of 0%.

so to fix that, just make it so d.va can ult whenever. The damage scales up based on her ult percentage, from 0 at 0%, to full damage at 100%.

This lets D.Va bluff her ult, and use it to zone more often, or fake people out with a real ult that seems fake, occasionally getting some kills.

Secondly, her other problem is that she has no utility besides somewhat decent damage in human form. Give her an ability to use while in human form. A smoke grenade type ability would be good and fit with her flanking tank nature.

No. After you beat the enemy team during the initial push there respawn times get staggered. Because they're retarded pubs they just run straight from spawn to and die to the defence over and over in small groups with no coordination.

However, once the timer gets low and there's a 20 seconds left or you've hit overtime they'll all rush the point at once, the overtime effectively forces them to push as a team. Also since there's no time left anyone with an ultimate will pop it at the end, effectively forcing the uncoordinated pubs to combined their ultimates. That's why there's always a massive push at last moment.
