When I first got into FPS games on PC, it was with one of my friends who was a pro gamer in counterstrike (1.4 or 1.6 I don't remember). He told me to crank the mouse sensitivity to 20 and learn to play like that. So I did.

People will say he's easy to kill if you know how, yet the same is true for any class, so that's a moot point.

The point is he can constantly heal/buff everyone around him (not single target) without having to do a thing. And when he does do something it's just to buff everyone even more with a press of a button.

Plus he's fast, plus he has a half way decent weapon with a secondary fire mode that can be a great benefit in practically every fight.

I believe Mercy can output more healing per second, but she's single target and has to dedicate herself to that heal/buff. Also her pistol is shit to the point that's practically useless in battle.

He can also change the healing to movespeed if he wants, he has an oustanding ult.

It's basically the combination of versatility, not having to give up anything at all to be supporting, having an actually pretty good weapon and being very hard to kill due to how fast he is and how small his hitbox is.

Roadhog can't do a thing about either since he has to get close to begin with.

Go Winston, if it's just a turret and Torb, no enemy team to bother you, you can just jump right in front of it, set down a shield, and M1 them from the safety of your shield.
When your shield breaks, jump back out. You should have at least killed one of the two or done good damage.

Her turrets are a joke, that's what a lot of people think, so they just walk in and die - just need to place them in a way where the enemy will be busy fighting other heroes, or just when they step in after a difficult passage, with low health, low enough to die before they figure out what the hell is going on.

Her damage output is Bastion-tier, with no need to aim, and getting close is easier than people think.

The issue with symetra is her low range and the fact that once people know where the turrets are, they take them down

symetra cant hold or take an objective because shes only good at securing small chokepoints where you can hide the turrets, but if nobody goes there 60% of her kite and usefulness are gone. So there is a place in your team gone that could be mcree, tracer, soldier, widowmaker or one of the supports

Symetra is broken OP on Anubis against random but just isnt worth it anywhere else. Even the people in the tournament going on right now only use her at beginning in defend for teleporter, the turrets never do anything good. A pharah or junkrat takes them out
