The way I see this Luck does not effect bleed at all. Though this is a bug.

The build up is not increased by luck in PvP at all, despite the bleed AUX number growing higher.

The damage of bleed procs cant be modified in any way either.
Thus, if you want to use warden twinblades etc.. go for full dex with a sharp gem + rouge buff.
