Usually if our team has two many roamers or just aren't very good I'll switch to S76. Can still offer heals to try and bait teammates onto the objective, and if your team isn't dealing damage, someone is going to have too.

Doesn't have to be 76 though. But if your team genuinely isn't worth supporting, then just switch off. It isn't worth trying to make it work, you'll just end up as additional dead weight.

It's free damage and can hit multiple targets, on top of having an instant refresh on elimination. Lower Mercy, killer Mercy, hit the entire enemy team, hit the entire enemy team again, reflect, and waltz the fuck away.

His fan/shotgun shuriken is only really useful at pointblank and/or against tanks, so you can fan+melee+dash in a split second. Most of the time you should be landing headshots with his left click. Reflect let's you punish people that retaliate or engage without thinking, and reflects a good chunk of ultimates as well. There's no reason you can't kill McCrees or Widows with your mobility unless you fuck up the reflect against the former.
