Arcane Avenger, however, is working. With just one set you can get red crits. Two sets will provide more consistent redcrits if you manage to get both up at the same time.

The fucker always seems to drop by when you're fucking naked gear-wise, so he probably checks conclave value somehow.
My beginner friendo has constant stalker visits, while I run on frames and shit with an average conclave of 1400 and I didn't see stalker for legitimately a year.
