IIIRC all crew mebers also count as wingmen, so 4 crew ship = full wing.
Most likely they'll buff the turrets which are manned by your crew members (same for dude who controls power allocation) or come up with some other voodoo magik.
Anyway, they suck dick at balancing things so it will end up in a hilarious trainwreck for sure.

I love my Python. It's not perfect but I can't be arsed grinding to bigger ones and then grinding some more to A-fit them and have a comfortable rebuy pool. Fuck that.
