I have my 3 fairy skills directly bound to Shift+1,2,3. I forget the exact nomenclature but i have a summon macro that changes those binds to the respective fairy's skillset.
Something like

/micon "Summon"
/ac "Summon"
/hotbar 3 1 pet "Selene" ac "Whispering Dawn"
etc. Changing the 1 to 2 and 3 for the respective abilities you replace in lieu of WD.

I also have a /pac "Embrace" <mo> macro for healing two targets at once.

Oh, and by binding Obey to a hotkey, and mapping Place/Follow on mouse buttons 4 and 5 it lets me entirely hide the pet bar.
