I dunno. He's good for fucking newbies that dunno how to counter turrets or where turret ambushes tend to be placed.
I've also been falling into the trap of seeing "No builder"/"No defense hero" on the team building suggestion and feeling compelled to play Torbjorn or Symmetra. I know better now.


But a lot of those games were me getting matched with a bro-tier Bastion, so I didn't set my turret up to defend objectives, but to defend Bastion, who was defending the objectives. So when Tracer/Genji/Reinhardt/Phara/whatever showed up and tried to kill him, my turret shot them down. Then I harvested them for scrap and re-armored Bastion-bro. If the enemy team dropped ults to clear him off the point, I popped Molten Core and covered it while he got back into position.

I used that time to get tons of Rivet Gun practice in, and it was that practice that enabled me to rape with Hanzo later, since his bow fires in a similar arc. So you've got to lead targets AND adjust elevation with both weapons.

I dunno how much Torbjorn I'll play now, but he was definitely worth it tonight.

The dude hits like a truck, he can run up walls, he can ricochet cluster arrows down hallways, he can spam wallhacks THAT STILL DO THE FULL DAMAGE OF A NORMAL ARROW and can stick in enemies and keep revealing them and everyone around them as they move, and his ult is literally infinite, as it travels until it falls off the map, raping every single thing it touches, ignoring all walls and LOS.

Hanzo is fuckin great. Two things really fuck him: Getting snipped by Widowmaker from half a map away, and getting shotgunned in the nuts by Roadhog/Reaper/Tracer/whatever. If you zone right and remember what he's capable of, eg: running up walls to escape hooks or ganks or landing scatter arrows around corners, he's a beast.

Genji takes time to learn and get good at throwing his throwing stars but asides from that hes not that hard but in comparison to a lot of other heroes he is hard to play I guess.

It's fun to just put up a wall in front of a widow or bastion as your team just cruises by whatever little setup they had planned. Also not sure if anyone has tried this before but a good way to get people stuck in your ult is to put up a wall in a control point, toss your ult against it so they can't see the drone and are blindly stuck inside the aoe while you take your wall down and start shooting faces.
