Best example I can think of in FO4 would be some of the higher level ghouls and how much they move their bodies/heads around when they see you're about to shoot them. If that sort of behavior could be applied to some of the humanoid npcs it would be awesome, as well as giving them an AI that doesn't stop searching for you once it detects you in stealth mode, fucking stealth is broken. Like you said, even just making some npcs like molerats or dogs faster and deal slightly more damage would go a long way

You could safely set the timescale in Skyrim to around 10 or so without any adverse effects. Anything lower and things get wonky.

I play most of characters at timescale 10 and I've never had any issues with quests/scripts/etc not firing properly.

The main gist of my idea, if anyone is actually interested:

The worldspace would contain a number of bases and supply camps in between them

Each one of these bases and supply camps has a flag saying which faction owns it

Every minute/hour/day (depending on how crazy the player wants the war to be), resources are added to the faction from each of the supply camps they control, and then resources are subtracted to pay for and spawn units of that faction at their bases

These units then move towards the nearest enemy base to attack and try and take it over from the enemy faction

There'd be at least a dozen factions on the map, constantly warring for control

Once again it depends on knowledge i might have brought with me over from my computer into this hypothetical dimension. I assume that yes, I am still me, as of this moment, just displaced into the fallout universe, with a vault ticket in my pocket. Even if I didn't have a name, I should be able to realise just which vault it is based on geographical location. As far as I'm concerned anyone that does anything with the game files is a modder. There's just varying skill levels like with anything.

So yes, I consider myself a modder, but I don't do much besides model stuff, a wee bit of texturing, and I know enough about the CK to do armors / clothes / custom races / weapon stats, etc, etc. I might make a talking Deathclaw follower someday. Most of the shit I did in Skyrims CK was building houses and dungeons, but now that can be done in game I have less desire to do so in FO4's CK.

I think I know what to do to start the quest, but I'm not sure how to actually edit the block. You have to copy the thing and have an extra one say "InCell "WhateverAdvancedsystemsis"" and then when you talk to him the option should come up.

Been forever since I've messed with quests, and only that was making a voiced follower. I'll see if I can do this real fast, though.
