Noire is extremely confident and proud when it comes to her work and her combat prowess. She genuinely believes she is the best and often brags and so on. But when it comes to her hobbies or interactions with others, she is a lot more reserved and very insecure.

Basically, extremely confident about her 'worklife' and insecure about her 'homelife'. It's insanely obvious if you pay attention to how she talks about the two... and the confidence gets ratcheted up to 11 when she transforms to Black Heart.
I think it'd be interesting being with her as she'd take charge any time you're getting serious business done but she'd be super submissive at home.
