Can you get competent melee damage using an INT build?

It seems to be the general consensus that only an idiot will get hit by actual Sorceries in 1 vs 1, so I'm wondering if I can be full caster for PvE, but not be defenseless in PvP.

There seems to be a connectivity issue where I show up as invisble in other people's worlds. If you can lock on but can't see me, do a collapse gesture or something so I know when to crystal out

How to fix gaem

Make poise work, but you need like 30VIT to make it happen and you only ever really get DaS1 Elite Knight Set teir poise at best, tanking a couple light hits.

Make poise secondarily govern damage reduction during hyper armour as a percentage, where high poise totals won't make you get super stunned any less than those with the "normal" amount, those with high as fuck super poise with yhorms shield etc take vastly reduce damage during hyper armour, and that's where the strength of heavy armour comes in.

I need some opinions on the next build:

1. Maneater build: Butcher knife. Either the ragged clothes (Master stuff, loin cloth, etc) or the clothing of the hollows in the undead settlement.

2. Duelist: Rapier, parry shield, mirrah clothing, bow.

3. Wolnir: Dark wraith head, dragon scale top, whatever else looks best. Wolnir's Holy Sword. Faith build with enough int to use toxic breath pyromancy.

AIDS: Gimmick luck/poison build. Use a rotton Ghru weapon.

Peasant build : 4 pronged pitch fork, peasant clothing.

Do you guys think that FROM even knows how trivializing co-op is in this game? Even the toughest bosses melt quickly under four experienced players at one time.

Invading isn't a problem anymore. It's a goddamn joke most of the time because faggots always have three phantoms + 1 babbysitter on backup incase the invader manages to actually kill someone with four swords swinging at him. Phantoms can now heal quickly during invasions so any prolonged fight is a guaranteed loss for the dark spirit. Enemies are very sparse this time around so that doesn't help either. SoAG also exists.

Will co-op ever be fixed to be risky to do or will it forever be this way?

So is the instant poise weapon art the best one? Been using the bkgs and it essentially let's you trade with anything. Stops estoc r1 spam and big hits from heavy weapons get mitigated a ton while allowing you to trade right back. Seems underrated, also works great in pve. Just facetanked champ gundyr at sl45 doing it.

In a few ways, the stance changing seems to be the main draw of combat however it punishes you early for spreading your points between stances. Maybe I didn't find another way but so far "ninjitsu" exclusively consists of summoning ninja tools which take levels to gain and item slots, of which you only have 3 at once. Your animal spirit doesn't do much until you level it, however that's also a bad thing to do early game making it feel like just a fancy way to mark your gravestone. It doesn't show you how to repair your items, which while Dark Souls doesn't either, they wear out a lot faster in Nioh, which seems to encourage the idea they want you to weapon swap, which spreads your skill points even further.

Overall I think it's neat, but it's terrible to play right now IMO
