I was getting basically too man cosmic drops on my first hero but I swapped to another at around lvl 25 and he's getting almost none. Does the game only give the first hero tons of cosmic drops or is it more based on which is the highest level?

It'll only drop if you're fighting enemies around your level, too, so keep that in mind. Psylocke might be a bit dated, try Elektra instead?

Some peopel say STD23 is fun to play, personally I can't stand her gameplay and damage.
