Halo 5's legacy code is missing a ton of the old values and variables though. So many things just don't tick.

The customs settings are a dead giveaway. 343 is dumb but they wouldn't purposely sabotage themselves by leaving out half the settings. They ACTUALLY don't have them anymore.

Even the physics have huge differences. Remember how the Scorpion would tweak the hell out if it flipped over too quickly? In pretty much every Halo game? Even Halo 4? Doesn't do that in Halo 5.

Remember how hitscan magnetism worked? The entire BR burst would magnetize if the reticule was red, none of the bullets would miss. In Halo 5 some of the burst can miss if you don't stay in magnetism range the entire burst.

Reach's at least had waves, rounds, and sets. At best, 5's has one round.

The stupidest thing about WZ firefight was how easy it was. The garage defense was the only challenging round because of enemies spawning inside the garage and unlimited soldier grenades.
The mythic fights were a joke, one scorpion could kill all three wardens and the hunters were easier

No. Playing with randoms, I lost that final round several times because I was the only player to spawn a tank. Firing constantly at the wardens, managing to kill 2 of them but not the 3rd.
That round can be challenging if randoms don't bring in powerful enough shit.
