i summoned 2 bros to help fight the cinder giant man and they both had large-ish swords that shout long vertical, uh, white stuff, at a fair range and destroyed him. What sword were they using?

When I try to run the game it goes at like 8fps, I can't click anything and I can't alt+tab, I just get a weird white screen if I do anything. I think it might have something to do with my multi-monitor setup. Anyone else run into anything like this before?

Why does Dark Souls 3 commit 4 times the memory it's using? I actually had out of memory errors with 8 gbs of ram and 3 gbs of vram, I had to increase my pagefile size from 1024 to 8192 to avoid crashes.

It's a sign of poor game design when your best strategy is to make an enemy unblockable move, make the enemy spam it and then give them a shitton of HP for no reason other than to make it more likely the player will get one-shotted by their grab because they have to try and play footsies with the fucker who just keeps spamming the same move over and over. It's literally the same enemy that is all over the area but it has a lot more HP just to fuck you over with the grab. It's artificial difficulty in it's purest form.

How are you supposed to deal with the Dancer enemies in !Anor Londo? Can't seem to dodge fast enough and every failed parry lands me at -60% health, and there are often 2 or 3 of them at once.

I killed Abyss Watchers & Yhorm, and the game seems amazing so far. I just have a couple of nitpicks (not knowing what comes later in the game, mind you):

-I encountered more Mimics than regular chests. Maybe I was just unlucky, but it's kind of ruining the already barely existent surprise factor mimics are supposed to have.

-Most crystal lizards are just kinda there. None of them particularly made me want to hurry, nor did they drop down dangerous ledged, and from what I recall only one of them baited me into a trap. I feel like they could have placed them better.

-A tad too many gimmicky bosses.

-Speaking of that, the Yhorm fight was a huge disappointment, unless I didn't understand how it was meant to be played.

-Seems like From just gave up on the idea of covenants and said "what the fuck ever". The word "covenant" sort of implies a commitment, and I feel that the way they are done in DaS3 has gameplay in mind at the expense of immersion and coherence. I guess if none of the covenants have conflicting ideologies or some shit it's fine, which I can't know yet, but still it would have been nicer to feel like you're part of a bigger thing and not just sucking everyone's dick at the same time for fun/profit.

Do these particular things get better past this point of the game (no spoilers)? Or maybe I'm just wrong about these.

Some weapon arts have special attack triggers. For example the warcry battle axe gives you a hold r2 that charges then heavy hits. If you hold r2 again there is actually a secondary portion to it.

Example 2 if you used the curved freatsword art its a spin attack that does tiny damage. What some people dont know is you can launch from it into a jump attack or hold r2 to do extra spin heavy attack.

120 is dumb and that's like 45 levels past where you finish the game at.

75 let's you still get action in almost all mid/late areas of NG and have more than enough stats.

120 is literally for organised pvp bullshit or NG+ levelgougers.

If you want to actually do actual fun multiplayer in these games, you have a character at SL1, 25, 50 and 75, MAYBE 100 for any DLC zones that appear.

I'm only level 13 and my stats already feel like they're all over the place. I'm a cleric so I want high faith, but I also want quality so I can wield whatever weapon I come across (I think variety is fun). How much of Str/Dex is standard for quality in this game? Why were they killing each other in Farren Keep?
Why does one of the fighters attack the other two duing the boss fight?
Why does the last one appear from all the souls of the dead ones?

Also why is there no Way of White Covenant, but three covenants related to the Darkmoon?

Also locations thus far have been pretty forgettable. Lothric and Cathedral of the Deep were great, Undead Settlement, Sacrifice Road and Farren Swamp were pretty meh (though I'm still immensely enjoying it).

How much STR and DEX should I spec into in DSIII to be able to use the vast majority of weaponry?

Is END useful again in this one?
