Rogue doesn't really match with anything. It has that hidden interaction with Barrage and backstab is a neat gimmicky skill, but otherwise it's too much investment too late into the Archer tree for nearly no benefits.

1) Less Trade Restrictions

As mentioned in previous announcements, the trade restrictions were implemented to address RMT issues. However, based on your feedback, we have determined that it may feel a bit too high-handed.

As such we have decided to implement new measures to reduce the inconvenience of trading restrictions on non-Token users in order to reduce trading restrictions on regular users.

We are planning on allowing Non-Token users to partake in 1:1 trading. However, we are not yet certain how we will implement this new system. More details will be released as soon as they have been decided upon.

The changes are intended to remove restrictions to players who may not be Token users but wish to help out or give class restricted items to other players. We also hope this will dissuade bots from collecting items through farming.
2) Bot Report Function

We wish to continuously strive towards reducing the bot problem and provide better gaming experiences for normal players.

As such, we are working on implementing the much requested bot report function. Not only that but we’re also developing and testing a system to detect bots faster.

Through the reporting system, you will not only able to select and report suspected bots, but you will also be able to report items in the market suspected of being part of RMT (e.g. low-value items sold at unusually high prices). Through this system, GMs will be able to catch more bots by prioritizing and reviewing cases reported by users.

However, we know that this system can be misused or even abused and are in the process of polishing rules to regulate the system. We wish to provide merits to those who accurately report bots, and penalize those who misuse the system to report innocent users. This will most likely be a constantly updated set of rules since there will always be different cases.

Archer doesn't matter. Quarrel is suffering for the first two circles because Pavise, Caltrops and Rapid Shot are all shit. Pavise is a worse Swash Buckling, Caltrops does very little damage and Rapid Shot has a huge cooldown.

Running Shot makes up for everything though. Make sure you have five spare points when you hit C2 to immediately pick up full Rapid Shot, same with C3 for Running Shot. Building STR:DEX 1:1 is retarded, stop doing that. STR is better if you plan on holding X all day erry day.

Please for the love of god someone tell me what this stutter step lag shit is and how do I fix it.

How's the viability of a full CON Archer vs points spread over CON and DEX?

Do note I'm not talking about literal full CON, of course there will be points in STR but we're analyzing "points in CON alone vs spread over CON and DEX".

Archers are the only class that get evasion, accuracy and crit rate scaling with character level, and this is further complemented by leather armor which features extra accuracy and evasion over plate and cloth (at the expense of HP and Mdef, respectively) and leather mastery which provides you with an extra +75 evasion.

Everything leads me to believe that Archer is meant to focus on DEX and STR with points in CON for survivability. This gives them the edge over other classes doing the same thanks to their innate class bonuses. So, for example, a very high level Fencer is supposedly inferior to an equally stat'ed Archer, in the sense that Archers make better use of the accuracy, evasion and crit rate stats.

At same time, a full CON build seems to offer equal or even greater survivability thanks to the HP bonuses from plate armor and plate mastery. Given the fact magic cannot be dodged, this build offers the right tools to deal with Wizard and Cleric classes, while the previous DEX/CON build seems to be more effective against Swordsman and other Archer classes. The lack of DEX in this build means you'll potentially have trouble dealing with Archers and Swordsmen who heavily invest in DEX. This can be remedied by Rogue's Feint, however that is a rank 2 debuff and while it can bypass Dispellers it will be blocked by Bloodletting.
The same might not apply against those who invest only lightly on DEX, as your natural Archer scaling would compensate for that and you'd have an edge due to the fact you invested more in CON.

Finally there's also the need to analyze the fact you get extra points for investing heavily in the same stat, so spreading points over 3 stats is less effective than spreading them over 2 stats.

The problem with Pelt3 is you're dedicating yourself to a tank class in a game that requires no tanking outside of taunt.

Sure they might do okay damage but a well built hop or cata will do way more. Also Pelta is stuck with 1H while Hops and Catas can switch at will .

Peltasta 2 offers a ton of more options and probably guarantees you get into ET as a Swordsman. You don't even need to be full CON as long as you just have Swashbuckling and some speed potions.

He went Pelt3 Hop2 and can hold aggro really well actually, he taunts and only blocks some of the attacks and then starts attacking, I can't explain it but it requires some amount of jumping around like a retard as well and getting into a good position for Stabbing. All I know is he does not just taunt and block he also does a bit of damage and holds aggro. Of course the real DPS classes do MUCH more than him but he still does enough to hold aggro and his pretty tanky. I am an Elementalist and I still do not take aggro off him unless I do something retarded like Meteor something before he gets in range. For ranged mobs Basically I don't know what I'm talking about but "tank" builds still do damage and can hold aggro as long as you keep attacking and not stand there C blocking like a retard. Pelt3 has many spammy skills with overheat and should always be hitting something unless you are kiting those horrible ranged magic mobs.
