You have to stand next to the enemy to tag it with collar.
If another enemy gets next to the tagged enemy the bomb explodes over a small aoe around the main target.

Around very aggressive mobs(ie Demon Prison) the collar has a luring effect making mobs over a large area go straight towards the initially tagged target.
This is great since then you can lay a broom trap shortly afterwards.
If another mob is too near though then the collar will pop immediately and the other enemies will stop moving towards the enemy that was tagged.

The class doesn't function with a whole lot. You'll have to see what skills can be used while mounted and work from there. Running Shot does NOT work with retreat shot by the way since retreat shot is a skill, not a normal attack. So QS3 doesn't really synergize well on that regard.

From a FAQ we know that 2 Templars in the same guild can pass leadership to one another. I'd expect both to be able to do recalls and guild-wide buffs as well.

You'd want to have a main leader, with maxed Build Tower, and 1 or 2 sub leaders. For a serious guild, that is.

Tried it again now after i reseted my skill points because fuck Conceal trap, detonate,heavy shot and puniji and got that the skill works only at very melee range i have to say it looks promising.
