Some insight, Kara attune requires you to do the 3 Tempest keep instances, to reach them you needed a flying mount.
This is because there is no dungeon finder tool.

When Warmane "increased" the population cap from 6000 to 7000 players they made a mistake which they repeated when increasing from 7000 to 8000 and once again from 8000 to 8500:
