no you got the idea right, I actually started as full int and rerolled as full CON, mostly because transpose can be dispelled and then I would lose all my life when transpose is removed, the other way around you only lose your attack when you get transpose dispelled

the problem is even with transpose leveled you can't keep a big HP pool up, if you recast the skill it literally flips your stats again... and if you let it run out you'll simply lose whatever stat you were intending to boost.

It's a really nice perk, but it's tricky to make it work properly.
