Just made me think of something.

There are three main investigators in DR1 and DR2, the people who do most of the legwork during investigations and help piece the puzzle together. They're the ones who make the most breakthroughs in the trial.

In 1, it's Makoto, Kyoko, and Byakuya.

In 2, it's Hajime, Chiaki, and Nagito.

We've seen Makoto team up with both Kyoko and Byakuya at points. Same goes for Hajme teaming up with Chiaki and Nagito.

But what about all the other combinations? How would Makoto and Hajime work together during case? What about Kyoko and Byakuya? Chiaki and Nagito? Kyoko and Chiaki? Makoto and Nagito?

Heres how i think it would be:

Makoto and Hajime would be a slow, but working team.

Kyoko would get mad at Togami barking orders at her, she would probably tell him to fuck off.

Kyoko and Chiaki would dream team.

Nagito and Chiaki would be killer combo, given his capacity to find stuff, he would be a great help to her.

Nagito would freak Kyoko a bit, but they could be a good team.

Nagito would spoonfeed Naegi, Naegi would act like a interrogation guys, gathering accounts since he is more sociable.

Nagito and Togami is the only that can work decently, Komaeda wouldn mind being bossed around, Chiaki may get fed up with his schlick, Hajime may end up fighting the guy, and Kyoko would probably walk away and leave Togami.

Nagito however would probably get along with him the most or at least put up with him and his demands mostly because he's an Ultimate while Togami would be annoyed at having a male Toko hanging out with him.

Syo hasn't had formal training, she's literally just run wild and killed hundreds of guy's. It's not like she's good at it either, the detectives have pretty much boiled it down that it is a teenage girl who has a lot of time on her hands according to the book about her you find in Chapter 2. That pic, this is what we're heading towards, I know it, I can feel it. All these games and stories with ultimatums and despair winning over hope. They all teach us one thing and that's never to give up hope. Kodaka was really interested in using time travel when he was creating DRV3. I have a strong feeling that's going to pop up at the end of the game and the player will be tasked with saving the world. So that way Hope can finally win in the end, that would be poetic justice. To make us feel all this despair throughout these games watching bad things happen to good people and watching loss after loss. i know? but it seemed like in dr0 she was trying much harder to emulate junko perfectly, possibly because no one had been brain wiped so she couldn't say her face and chest were photoshopped in magazines and get away with it. plus iirc junko wasn't attending classes so if mukuro bumped into her classmates while in disguise it'd be obvious that it's her and not junko, so it'd make sense that she'd try harder to look like her sister than in dr1 i guess

Well that too but I think the point was not for people to see her as Junko. She only dressed like Junko so she could "jog" Ryoko's memory on what she needs to do hence the writing in the notebook. Basically a reminder she's the real Junko.
