I just bought out the whole stock of bandages. Leper's self-heal buffs bleed resist anyway, so I just open with that and between those buffs and the ones from camp/curios he usually gets targeted for pretty much everything. Then the crusader crabs semi-reliably.

Team actually worked out pretty well. Jester does the obvious, Arbalest takes care of stressers nicely and her heal synergizes well with the other two's heal skills. I had the leper healing himself for 22 and the crusader for 10, along with a mess of crits thanks to balled spam. After just a turn or two of buildup the leper turns into an unerring death machine.

Personally I always break one or two of them partly for the cash, but mostly because there are way more skills that hit rank 3. If I've brought a hellion, for example, I prefer spamming IIB instead of Swan because the extra bleed damage helps even out tempo loss in the event that I need to bump her off death's door with AR or shuffle to dodge rubble.
If you brought an abomination, he can chew through them with Rake pretty quickly, and once the prophet is in range you've stacked DMG buffs out the ass.

The first pew is wimpy anyway, so it's not like it takes long.

I tried doing the vet prophet, but I brought a occultist/don't remember/vestal/leper team so I needed to break the first couple of pews to get the prophet into the range of the the leper and vestal. Once I got him there, I put on a shitload of damage debuffs on the prophet and just had the campfire-skill-buffed leper finish off the last pew.

Best use of here is stick her in the back with stab/protect/both vapors.
Use stab if you need to last-hit somebody right this instant, fortifying vapors if you need to bump somebody off DD, otherwise spend the entire fight alternating between protect and invigorating vapors. Have her force guard on a HWM or M@A with riposte active, or just slap it on anybody who could use extra PROT.

If you have a highwayman, use duelist's advance and have jewfu use "protect me" on him.

The heal is basically just to get someone off death's door, which can be handy in a pinch.

I haven't experimented with it much, but the accuracy debuff handled well against the giant skeleton, so maybe it'd work well for stuff like swinetaurs and fungal giants too.

Crystal because she's my backup healer and there's blight and bleed all over the fucking place in here, she's got no DoT skills to be weakened by it, and I don't really make much use of her debuffs anyway. I generally have the occultist placing marks instead between healing and finishers.
Coat because it was the best choice on hand to make her more survivable. I didn't have the M@A guarding her unless there was a templar present because it was more useful to have him alternating retribution/bolster. I figured it'd contribute more overall than giving her healer's bracers.

For the future, you need to have a high damage comp to deal with the Templars. A mark comp would work well, which I assume you tried with Occ-Arb, but not bringing damage trinkets on her means that Abom was your only real damage. MaA is alright for damage, but can't deal out the crits like the Arb.

That's your mistake. Good trinkets are worth more than level 4 and lower heroes.

What you need to do is upgrade until you're seeing four or five trinkets at a time, then pump the discount while juggling guild, sanitarium, smith, and church in that order (obviously all after etching 5 recruits in the coach). Just get in the habit of checking what's for sale after every run and the good shit will pile up eventually.
