Corpus are not innocent normal people. They never were, aren't, and never will be. The only factor of any worth to them in any ethical decision is profit. If they could kill 20 million people and gain money in the process they'd do it. The only possible reason they wouldn't is the fear that the long term unforseen expenses.

The closest thing to a friendly individual in the Corpus is Frohd Bek, and the only reason he doesn't want to fuck with the Tenno is because fucking with the Tenno is too expensive in the long run.

The Corpus exploit, oppress, and murder people just the same as the Grineer do. You act like they're some kind of ethically grey innocent people. They're not. They'd throw their own family under a bus to make money.

Unclear, but you're most certainly right that the Syndicates must send us on missions to further their own agenda. Thing is, they're both facilitated in this process, and hosted, by Lotus on Tenno Relays.

Now, I realize it's a meme to hate on Lotus or point out how she's super fuckin' shady all the time. Considering the recent revelation that she is a Sentient it's safe to say she's not just some megalomaniac attacking shit just for the sake of attacking shit. She does keep us in the dark about a lot of things and is never terribly specific about why we do what we do, but considering Tenno are quite literally child soldiers that's fairly understandable.

Let's say you're a super advanced entity capable of coordinating intelligence and special operations throughout an entire star system: Do you explain everything in explicit detail to all of your operatives? Nah, fuck that, takes too much time and effort. In Lotus' defense, she has given us choices on who to side with when it's hard to tell who is right and who is wrong. If you don't trust Lotus I can understand that, but the Tenno and Lotus are definitely not as bad as the Grineer or Corpus.

See this is another assumption based on lack of information. The Orokin literally used MIND CONTROL to forcefully subjugate anyone who was a threat to them. Just look at the Neural Sentries in Orokin Towers. I don't know why everyone seems to think that the Orokin were benevolent or that all of humanity were Orokin. Seems to me pretty much everything the Tenno do is Lotus' business. She's fairly invasive like that. I've never seen any evidence that the Tenno make decisions on a fully autonomous level, She does assist and guide us through Syndicate missions, but then again that may just be a placeholder for later changes.

Yeah the vague description and nature of the Red Veil does make them fairly shady. It doesn't really specify the target of their cleansing. They're friendly with Steel Meridian though, which means it's safe to say they don't advocate the cleansing of innocent people. Their definition of corruption is exceedingly thin though, and I suspect they're tolerated simply because their enemies are Lotus' enemies.

New Loka do seem a little strange as far as their affliations go. They claim to want to restore Earth and Humanity to their original state, but this apparently doesn't involve recreating the Orokin Empire. They don't like Steel Meridian, despite Meridian's willingness to protect the few innocent humans left, presumably because Meridian is made up of Grineer who they consider impure.

They are opposed by Syndicates who are ether bigoted toward Tubemen or financially exploit colonists.
