Alright I did that. Lady in the second story window, a rookie, actually got her ADVENT Trooper kill but the rooftop sniper felt it more important to save the pectoid from a dandelion than, ya know, murder its naked ass.

Tried installing the mod by creating a Mods folder in my XCOM2 folder. No dice. Booted up NMM and tried installing the folder through that, nada.
