>Don't bother with 10 stam, gold drop gives you only a small chance of getting a gem, most likely gives you tier 4 fire material
>30 stam is just a sink for your gems. Presumably has higher chance for a gold drop but I dumped 20 stones on it and didn't get diddly squat it doesn't seem worth it
>20 stam seems like your best bet. You don't spend that many stones on surviving and regular blue drops are also tier 4 materials so gold should be reserved for wargreymon's smug prick face.

Some info from jap linkz matome site.

Having high luck stat increases the chance for luck bonus after battle which gives extra mats.
Luck can be increase by feeding digimon of the same attribute type.

Leader skill is randomly given to digimon.

Digimon with gold/silver medal stats can only be found in rare and link gacha.
Alternatively digimon born from research can inherit the medal stats as well. Provided that it's parent digimon have them.

For every 30 digimon friendship points, 1% of their stats increases.
Party leader gets 3 while others get 2 points during battle.
You can also tap the digimon in your farm to increase their points.

You can increase your elemental resistance at the dojo.
You will require the exact same digimon as the recipient plus mats to do so.(1 random stat added upon completion)
Your resist stats carry over after your digimon evolve.

Milestone rewards for having 100 friends is 30 gems.
