Is it normal for the hardlinker batch file to give this error while it is creating the folders?

The folder the hardlinker.bat is in is supposed to be called texture not textures. Not sure if that causes the problem you're having, but it will definitely cause problems down the road

if you're asking about those RD /Q ... lines then it will throw that error if it can't find a skirtxx/sitagixx folder. It's basically clearing the folder before adding new links. Since there aren't 999 clothes mods yet it will throw a lot of errors at first.

It must be that, I've been looking through google to fix problems with batch files but the terminology that they use goes over my head.

Upgrading my .NET framework fixed an issue I was having with AA2install after another anon helped me out, it's also what allowed me to run the batchfile as admin to begin with.

That wont work. When you make a junction it is linked to a specific path. It isn't something you can just copy to another drive.

It doesn't create folders per se. It creates junctions which correspond to symbolic(or hard) links in other OSs. Pretty sure every Windows since Vista has that capability.
Don't bother doing it in another location other than the AA2Play\data\texture. You might get errors you otherwise wouldn't.

So i'm having trouble matching up the hair texture.
I keep forcing the hair texture mod, but that's not doing it.
I had changed the texture of this hair before manually, but after turning it back, i can't quite seem to get the texture mod to work on it.
