Acing a Tier 4 skill costs 28 points minimum.

You can climb the tree by acing one skill in each tier. It's not THAT bad, but builds will definitely change more.

You get 104 points at V-100. So that's about 3 Aced T4 skills and a handful of low tier skills.

Accuracy and stability are a huge joke, Flamthrower has no recoil at all and the spread is actually a good thing since you want to hit as much shit as possible.

+1 Damage on a 600, 750 or 900 ammo pool really makes the difference. Fucking top tier.

Shadow Raid Rush is still the fastest for efficiency, it doesn't give a huge dump of XP, make sure your crew gets as many bags as possible though, not just the minimum.

If you really want to cheese XP run Big Oil Deathwish with Drill Skills and ECMs. ECM rush it, set the drills and walk away with 1 million XP every 5 minutes. Once day 1 is complete terminate and restart.

.pdmods can change almost anything but the game doesn't recognize them so any updates will see the modified files as corrupt.
Music, for example, can't be changed via lua mods at all. Weapon stats, models and such can be swapped around with just lua alone.

Listen to his lines in the game and then immediately switch to someone else's - they sound like they're in a completely different situation and environment. I don't know if Viklund's retirement was a factor, but the difference was also evident with Winters and Bodhi. It's just that one's difference was purposeful while the other sounded bored out of his mind so nobody gave a fuck.
It's also possible they were just too intimated by Copley to boss him around and redo lines.

For example, in stealth he almost screams some of his "hey, guard" lines and then immediately switches to quiet whisper the next time you press F.
