for wrath your best bet for high pop is lordaeron
it's a little buggier, pve content is tuned way up to the point where there's a good chance you'll hate it
But it's the only option for nonpolish/slavic servers and by far has the most pop

Fuck man, I was the one asking about TBC/WotLK servers in the old thread. I might just try Nostralis given it has 4x the population of the most populated TBC/WotLK ones, never played vanilla so that's probably worth experiencing

Dodgykebab is not a good gauge on most servers, just to start off with. He plays very little and almost never shows mid to endgame dungeons or raids. His videos CAN be useful for seeing if a server is outright shit but it's best to form your own opinions first hand or from multiple sources.

7/10 leveling w/ 2x base, 3x w/ RAF, 4x from the voteshop
9/10 questing as some of the escorts were broken and sometimes phasing is wonky such that you need to leave and come back to be in the right phase. Northrend quest scripting > Outland > Vanilla generally.
Population depends on if you're NA (ded) or EU (full of poles and randoms)
PVP follows pop rules.
9.5/10 raid and dungeon scripting, whatever is broken is fixed quickly. Probably the best part about the server

Its 2/10 not because of the quests being buggy but more of the old world being largely ignored and more focus given towards end game.
A lot of servers adopt this philosophy because the content is viewed as obsolete. I leveled through rdf so i cant say what works and what doesn't wuest wise but its the weekest point on the server.
You can use 5 vote points for 24 hours of 4x if thats better.
