In Strange Journey, does the EX Mission "Escape Plan" have multiple possible outcomes?
I checked the wiki and it says that the characters involved reach the Red Sprite safely after the mission's completion, but I just finished it and I'm pretty sure all but one of them died.

At this point I'm curious what the original Akira from Tokyo, who was partners with Tsugi and Fujiwara would have looked like. It was a shame we didn't get to see him at all in FINAL, but I guess it'd be somewhat similar to Blasted Akira just by virtue of his age and being a normal human.

Granted I did some autism grind for macca and app points in the DLC quests because I really wanted those demon fusing upgrades, since it's what I am really enjoying.

I don't understand how the eastern Kingdom of mikado Tokyo and the real world works, does the real world exist? is mikado only as big as Tokyo or the whole world? is Tokyo separated from the rest of the world? if mikado is more than 1500 years old is Tokyo that old too?

Tokyo is separated from everywhere else by the dome, which Mikado rests on top of. The rest of the world does exist since America and other places get mentioned in Kasumigaseki and other places by NPCs. Time moves slower in Tokyo than in Mikado, but which place is like everywhere else, if one of them even is, is not said. I'd guess that time was slowed down in Tokyo by the dome or proximity to the reactor though.

As for why no one from Mikado has explored beyond the dome: ┐(ツ)┌

I haven't played it myself yet, but from what I've seen, a lot.

There are many new events and some locations are slightly modified. For example, in Inogashira Park there is an event where you can save a woman from Zombie Cop, and there is now a toilet in the small red building, where you can find Hanako-san as an optional boss.
You can choose your partner from the original Heroine, Yuriko, and new Law Heroine character. Also, when Thorman presses the button, you'll get teleported to different locations, depending on which heroine you pick.
More demons and NPCs. Nuff said.

And it doesn't just change who you save, but what bosses you face. It adds like one to the Neutral route and the two share a boss early on. I think Cybele or Atavaka.

Not to mention Three NG+ quests for going Chaos, which are needed for the Neutral NG+ quest against Masakado. Also revealing that Raidou is the super special chosen one who can disrupt YHVH's control of the timeline and force the futures of SMT I and II from happening.

Nah if you fight Amatsu-Mikaboshi as a Chaos/Neutralfag he comments how Raidou might obey Yatagarasu on some things, it's only because they align with his beliefs, and if given the chance will defy them if he thinks his way is better.

There's even a case of this with Asura on the Law quest. They use the loophole that the Yatagarasu never express what they wanted him to do after finding out Asura's objectives, so he can choose to have him go to the alternate space-time to lead the forces of Chaos against Law to become Ahura Mazda again, or go back to performing his duties as Danichi Nyorai.

Not to mention Raidou II's Neutral/Chaos endings are practically the same thing because there's not much of a difference between a Chaosfag Raidou and a Neutralfag Raidou.
